Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter in regard to a recent purchase of your company’s product through Amazon. Upon arrival, the product was severely damaged. Hinting at probable damage suffered during delivery.
The product I bought was a Logitech G Pro wireless mouse. Firstly, the box of the mouse was in an odd shape when I got my hands on it initially. Next, when I unboxed the wrapping, the braided cable of the mouse had been broken, and also , the fibre insulation coil was twisted.
I am a software engineer for a long time now, and I use the mouse as an accessibility preference and a daily requirement. The defective and damaged product has made me very disappointed. Furthering my dissatisfaction, I have not yet received any response from the customer support team from Amazon.
I would greatly appreciate if any prompt action can be taken and whether a replacement product can be shipped to me at the earliest.
