I am writing this letter to complain about smartphone I bought from online shop a couple weeks ago. The smartphone has been delivered to my home a day ago and there is no issue I have found on the packaging.
But when I unboxing the package, I cannot turning on the smartphone even I charge it for a few minutes there is no response from the smartphone.
This item is very important to me because it is very expensive and I would like to use as a gift for my son’s birth day.
It would be good if you can informing me what process should I do to return the smartphone.
