I am writing to express my disatisfaction concerning the train ticket I bought recently and the service that was rendered to me at your company.
I purchased a train ticket on your website seven days ahead of my journey to Accra,but to my bewilderment when I arrive at the railway station the ticketting officer insisted that it could not be used, due to the fact that it was bought a week before the stipulated period.
As a first time boarder,I approached the customer care department to lodge a complaint about the issue at hand, but they were unwilling to help, instead I was instructed to wait for the manager,which took about three hours before he arrived, as a result, I missed an important meeting and had to resheduled.
To make purchasing ticket and boarding seamless for commutters, the website should include the rules and regulation about the appropriate time frame allowed for buying a ticket before the actual journey, also the manager’s contact should be provided at the service point for any complaint to avoid delays.
