A month ago, I purchased a train ticket from your website for a journey that I had to Paris a week before my departure. Upon my arrival at the station, I was told that my ticket was not registered in the system and I could not get on board. Although I asked for assistance from your regional manager, they neglected me and were disrespectful.
I was extremely disappointed by the staff, because I had all the necessary documents to prove the authenticity of my tickets; however, your officers refused to hear my explanation or check with their superiors. I was very insulted by their behavior, and I believe that their actions lacked manners.
As a result of this event, I had to buy a plane ticket, which was two-times as expensive. Therefore, I am asking you for compensation to return my money and the difference between the train ticket and the plane ticket. I would be contacting the union and would file a formal complaint, unless your company agrees to this request.
Best regards,
