Dear Mr. Chandrakanth,

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had on my recent flight with your airline, AI 236, on August 25, 2024. As a frequent flyer, I had pre-booked my meal two weeks prior to departure, in line with your airline’s policies.

Unfortunately, the meal served during the flight did not align with my selection. I was traveling with my family, who have specific food allergies. This caused significant discomfort throughout the journey as we were unable to consume the food provided. Despite raising this issue with your crew, their response was insufficient and did not address our concerns.

Given my loyalty to your airline, I kindly urge you to investigate this issue. It is imperative that customer dietary requirements are managed more effectively. Implementing pre-boarding checks to confirm meal options for passengers could prevent similar incidents in the future.

I hope this matter will be resolved promptly, and I look forward to a better experience with your airline on my future flights.
