This caused significant discomfort throughout the journey as we were unable to consume the food provided. Despite raising this issue with your crew, their response was insufficient and did not address our concerns.
Given my loyalty to your airline, I kindly urge you to investigate this issue. It is imperative that customer dietary requirements are managed more effectively. Implementing pre-boarding checks to confirm meal options for passengers could prevent similar incidents in the future.
