Dear Sir Smith,

My name is Meiviana, and I recently traveled on Singapore Airlines flight 151 on Tuesday, November 11th, 2023. Prior to my journey, I had specifically requested a vegetarian meal due to my dietary restrictions, as I am unable to consume meat.

Unfortunately, when the meal service began, I was served a non-vegetarian meal instead. This oversight not only caused me considerable distress during the flight, but it also left me without an appropriate meal option for the duration of the journey. As a result, I felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied, which negatively impacted my overall travel experience.

I believe it is crucial for airlines to ensure that special meal requests are honored, as passengers rely on these accommodations for their comfort and well-being. I kindly urge Singapore Airlines to review its meal preparation and service protocols to prevent such issues from occurring in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a response regarding how you plan to address this matter.
