Dear Restaurant Manager
I kindly sent you this letter to make a litte complaint about my experince in your restaurant yesterday. Before I attend your restaurant, i already made reservation in a private room with 4 person. When I arrived at that time, I was dissapointing because your waiter makes us waiting for almost one hour during lunch break while we make a reservation for lunch. After that, they mistaken my name are not the one who makes a reservation. I almost got mad for that but thanks to head bartender who fix all the problem and he said that the waiter is still newbie.
I’m not dissapointed to your waiters but feel sorry for her to not be able have a proper training. I hope you don’t fire her because this is absolutly your problem. I suggest you to make sure all the new waiter have a proper training and I wish this situation not repeating to another customer so your restaurant will no have bad reputations.
