Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Sukrit, and I have recently moved to the city. I am writing to request information regarding the procedure of joining the library, as I am keen to become a member.

I am interested in becoming the member for several reasons. Firsly, I would like to develop my French language skills through regual reading. In addition to this, I am looking for a quiet and peaceful environment to study and concentrate. Moreover, it is covenient to borrow books on a regular basis.
