I am writing this letter in reference to the part-time job opening in your restaurant. As a hotel management student I find this position as good opportunity to gain real work experience, and my academic background will contribute immensely to your team.

My experience in handling kitchen, as a cook, as well as other daily chores makes me an ideal candidate. Moreover, my proven ability to make innovative dishes and pleasing way of handling customer helps in succeeding in the position. In addition, I attended a 2 month kitchen workshop at famous Sushi restaurant and awarded as best junior chef among other students.
