Last Monday, I ordered a cover for my iPhone 15 from your e-commerce website. I was excited when it arrived but very disappointed to find the product promised and totally unusable. I am hoping you will replace it.
In relation to the specifics of the product. I purchased genuine leather cover for my iPhone 15 on march 5th and the order is is 1223456. I am attaching the copy of my receipt with this letter.
The issue of the product it is not a genuine leather cover. I cannot store my phone inside it securely. The picture of the item on your website clearly shows the cover supports the iPhone 15 and is an original leather product. So, I’m sure this a manufacturing flaw.
As a solution, and because I really like the design and look of the cover, I am hoping that you will replace it with new and genuine leather one for free. Otherwise, I would like to full refund, and I will be contacting to the PayPal if do not hear back from you within a week.
