I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to lodge a complaint about the food that served us for lunch because I had arranged a meeting in your hotel.
I usually held a meeting in your hotel, called Sarena hotel, it is my most favourite place. Yesterday I organised a meeting with our twenty colleagues, they were satisfied from the hotel ambience as well as facilities. Moreover, they were highly appreciated for their warm welcome and also, they admire well organised setup.
On the other hand, when the food was served, there were variety of cuisines, so we all excited to try it. Although, the presentation was adorable, unfortunately the taste was not according to our taste. My co-workers were unhappy for having this food because all food were so spicy.
I would like to recommend you that before serving the meal, they tasted the food. It will be compulsory for your hotel reputation and to prevent this inconvenience in the future.
