I am writing a letter to manager for, We recently organised a meeting for my company in you hotel moreover, we have arranged for lunch food also. I would like to share feedback regarding the hotel management both postive and negative.
firstly, I would like to inform about orgnised meeting, we really appriciate for welcomed warmly. when we attened meeting, there was no disturbance and noise at room. The staff provided items generously. The hotel ambience view delightful furthermore, the customer care service was benefecial at the suation.
However, Apologies for the negative feedback. After busy meeting when ate food on lunch time. In menu card list insufficeint disses, there was no vegeterien foods. we expected scrumcies disses, but unfortuatly food was quite spice. The food does not served by the time, we almost delay us meeting also. we have informed before the meeting but the was delay. In addition the food had surved cold.
Avoid few thing in future, cooking team must be provide disses on time as much posible. moreover, the cheif should be improve the food as much deliciously.
