I am writing this letter to provide feedback on the experiences of my colleagues at your hotel during the all-day meeting we held there this past Saturday. They had mostly positive reviews of their experience, but complained about the food.
On the one hand, they liked the customer service. From the valet service, to the reception, they felt comfortable. They also made good remarks on the speed of room service delivery.
on the other hand, they complained about the food, particularly the portion.In addition to being small, the foods were either underseasoned or over seasoned. There was complaint of the food being stale.
I would suggest that you increase the portion sizes of your meals. I do not think customers are getting their money’s worth. Also, in the case of the seasonings, a measuring system should be developed and implemented to ensure uniformity across meals. To curtail wastage and avoid serving stale foods, edibles should be prepared in batches.
Prompt action on this matter would be beneficial to your establishment.
