Dear Customer Service Manager,
I am writting this letter to express my disappointment about the laptop I purchased recently from your online store. I am here to report that this is a faulty product and it does not work as advertised.
The laptop works perfectly in the first three days until the keyboard starts being unresponsive. Moreover, the laptop easily overheats and the battery drains in less than an hour when the advertisement shows that the battery lasts for more than 4 hours.
This has affected my university studies as I become less efficient with all of these issues. The reason I choose this laptop is the battery capacity where it can last for more 4 hours as it is really suitable and comfortable so I don’t have to keep charging and have the ability to move it wherever I want.
I look forward to get a refund or a new laptop that can replace this defective one. I look forward to your prompt response to this matter.
