Hello Dear,

I am writing an email to complain about the product that I recently bought from the store. The product I purchased was fridge, and it came with multiple scratches. I and my family was extreamly happy with the purchase and exited to have it at home as family member; however; during unboxing this appliance we saw many scratches. It ruined our day , and our feeling of being exited gone significantly.

Moreover, The date we had this product was 09/03/26, and the appliance number was 0908764532. The scratch marks were all over places, and fridge was not even looking brand new. Furthermore, the color of the appliance came out from the door handle.

Hence, I am expecting from the store to help us out with another brand new product and obviously with no marks.
