I am writting this letter to inform you that I recently purchase a new smartphone that has not been functioning properly. I recently buy my new phone by your shop and I am very excited to use my new phone. some days I use it and its working properly and its has very new advanced features and i like its all features because in my previous phone has not much features thats why i buy new phone.

In last few days my phone has not working properly and its trouble me a lot in my work. I am so worried about it because I am work online. when I use my phone its become hot and after that its not working and then its hanged.

I am online worker and its very difficult for me to use this phone because I makes my presentations on it, also i payed my bills, orders and delivered things by my phone. every after every few minutes its hanging and I did not do my work properly.
