I have purchased Tempered Glasses from your company website on 23th March 2025 and it have arrived on 25th March 2025 for the delivery duration it’s not bad at all
Unfortunately, When i receieved a product from a staff, I unboxed and checked it immediately with the staff and we found the product is already broken so I told the staff to took it back because I am surely this is not my responsibility and I will write the complaint letter to head company later.
I would appreciated if you could send me a replacement or let me do an credit-noted to return my money back as soon as possible.
