Subject: Assistance for Damaged Product

I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this letter regarding the computer desk(SKU: 1001893654) I ordered on February 15, 2026, order number: #2653865. First of all, I would like to apologize if this letter sounds complaining, even though I appreciate your service and products, and I have been a loyal customer of Home Depot for 10 years.
I am writing this letter to inform and seek assistance with my order for a desk. As the desk I received yesterday, February 26,2026 is damaged on the corner. I know sometimes when the items are heavy, it can lead to some hard drops on the floor, and could lead to damage to one of the corners. I would like to know if you could get it replaced if I pass by the store and get you the product, and you replace it for me, or I can send the product back and get the replacement sent to me.
I loved this product design, and it perfectly fits my workspace. I would appreciate if you could help me get the product replaced. Looking forward to seek kind response.
