Explain your feelings about the current library conditions, describe what improvements you think should be made (for example: adding study areas, updating computers, buying more textbooks, improving Wi-Fi), and mention how these changes would help students.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for emailing me about upcoming change in our school library. It’s an honor for me to give my ideas regarding the change. You can see my ideas below.

Firstly,

it would be better if the librarians install state-of-the-art Wi-Fi to the library, because not only people come there with the aim of reading book, but they also visit there with the view to doing any homeworks. Therefore, Wi-Fi is efficient for their exercise. For example, if readers want to search information in addition to they do not have any megabytes, this Wi-Fi can help them.

Secondly, another suggestion is setting up modern air conditioner, because it can give comfortable atmosphere for reading. The more people read book in comfort zone, the more their interest about literature will increase. My last offer is renovating and redecorating this area, because its design and condition is very outdated. If they do these constructive changes, they can attract more visitors. As a result, managers who work in the library generate more income.
