My name is Sam . I recently saw your advertisement for rentind an apartment and I would like to rent it . If you rent it out me , I will live there alone .

I would hate to the apartment , which located near to the coast . What about the parking ? I have a car , so I need to park it . How many rooms there are ? I prefer to have only 2 rooms . It’s perfect if the apartment on the sunny side because I am biologist , so I have a lot of plants . I’am allergic to citrus fruits , so I hope there aren’t any citrus trees there .

What type of documents should I bring you to have that lovely apartment ?
