Dear Sir,

I am William James staying in your hotel on Friday night and then I had a problem with my room. The reason why I am writing this correspondence to you is that I want you to cover the damage I had.

At the outlet, I actually live in the outskirt of the city and I came to city center to see my friend, Jack on Friday. However, he was not at home because he left to another city with his business works. When I phoned him, he said me the fact that he went back home on Saturday. Therefore, I chose your hotel to stay only on Friday night. If you remember, you gave me 204th room on the first floor.

Regarding the details of the problem, the room was unclean and it had miasma like dog’s smell. Although the hotel staff tried to clean it twice, the miasma was absent. Then I asked them to exchange the room to another but they didn’t give me other room and I had to stay there. As a consequence of this, I was unable to sleep at night. Moreover, I then charged my phone to the electricity but it was broke down due to high electricity.

I want you to cover the damage which I had seen because my phone was very expensive and new. It would be better if you give me its money.
