Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to let you know that I am not satisfied with living arrangement in your hotel though being one of the most expensive in the city. While your other facilities were fine, the problem started when I was going to conduct the official meeting virtually and found out that the internet connection was not available in the room. I hope you consider my situation favorably.

Let me explain my situation. I had a very important meeting regarding the new project with the manager but the internet connection was lost and the meeting got interrupted in between without any conclusion. Prior to that, I was efficiently using my mobile for preparing the meeting material online. Your staff, however, were not able to solve my problem.

Would you kindly refund my money back? Please evaluate your staff competency as well.
