I am writing this letter to report an issue that I experienced during my stay at your hotel last night.
Let me explain the situation. The room heater in my room was not functioning properly, and it was incessantly producing unwanted noises. And because of this, it not only caused me trouble while sleeping but it also hindered my concentration, since I was preparing for my job interview for the following day.
Moreover, when I approached one of your staffs for the help, he was completely clueless and said he cannot provide any solutions, as it was already too late to call a technician. I also urged him to provide me another room, but he refused, stating all the other rooms were occupied.
I am exceedingly disappointed with the services of your hotel given the amount I had to pay for my stay. Could you please conduct a thorough investigation to this matter? And I also hope to receive my full refund as well as some compensations.
