I am writing about a problem I faced during my recent stay at your hotel. The room was full of mosquitoes during night which was a bothering issue. I asked hotel staff for any assistance they could provide but unfortunately, they were unable to find a proper solution.

I was looking at the scenery from the window and I forgot to close it properly which lead mosquitoes to get in the room. It was concerning as I was not able to sleep properly at night and Thad a meeting the next day. Even after turning fan on maximum speed and spraying anti mosquito liquid, I could not get rid of it.

I called hotel staff for the help, they came but could not find the solution. They gave me the same mosquito spray which was not appropriately working in that situation.

I would like you to give attention to the matter as any other guest may face the same issue. You can also provide mosquito net which can be attached around bed. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the services and amenities of your hotel.
