I wanted to inform you that I faced a huge trouble while staying at your hotel. I was unable to get the suite I booked instead I got a double-bed room. Asking the staff was not helpful either as it was Christmas and no one was listening about my inconvenience.
I booked a suite at your hotel prior a month on Christmas. When i got there they gave me the keys of room. When I reached the room it was two-bed room. This stay at your hotel was a treat I was giving myself but was so disappointed with the experience.
When I asked reception about the room they said they are busy. After waiting for hours there they told me that they are not able to help me as all suites are occupied.
For this terrible experience, I am hoping to get a compensation. So, as a compensation I want a day in suite and some extra services such as spa, massage and dinner for no charge. This can help me give the experience I desired to have.
