Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to remind you of your commitment that I would be compensated soon for the inconvenience that happened to me last month.
In late July, I was on a business trip to your city and I have stayed at your hotel for two nights. However, on the second night, I was awoken by noises early at the morning that were coming out of the heating system. I tried to resolve it by contacting the reception but no one was available to listen to me. And In the morning, when I complained to you, you assured me of full refund of my charges in the coming week. Nevertheless, I consider it a hollow claim because I have not been compensated so far. It is, therefore, requested to expedite this process or it should have legal repercussion for your establishment.
I am looking forward hearing from you soon. Thanks.
Yours sincerely,
ABC
