I hope you are doing well. My name is John. During my stay at your hotel last month, I experienced considerable discomfort during my stay. I am composing this letter to remind you of the commitment that you made regarding the compensation for the issue that we discussed.

I resided at your hotel from Aug 4th to Aug 6th in room 212. This particular room was situated near the central heating unit but due to a malfunction in the system, it generated significant noise, and we were not able to sleep during the night. We requested to change the room, but the hotel was fully occupied, and no one responded during that time.

I brought this matter to your attention during my checkout, and you assured me that you would reach out to me shortly to discuss the compensation. However, it has now been almost a month since that conversation, and we have not yet received any updates from your end.
