I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room to celebrate my 20th birthday, and I was very excited about staying at your hotel. However, when I entered my room, I was very disappointed. The room was not clean, and there were insects. Also, the air conditioning was not working, which made the room very uncomfortable.
I immediately called the reception to tell them about these problems, but nobody came for three hours. After a long wait, some staff finally arrived and cleaned the room. However, the air conditioning still did not work. This made me very tired and frustrated, especially because I wanted to enjoy my birthday.
I would like to know how you will solve this problem. I also hope the hotel can provide some compensation for the inconvenience I experienced. I hope to hear from you soon.
