I hereby write this letter to clarify the problem I faced during my stay at your hotel.
After booking my work trip at your hotel, I emailed the 24/7 service politely asking if a room with a bath was available. I instantly received a positive reply, but upon arrival, the bathroom lacked a bath.
My bath time is necessary for relaxing after work, especially when traveling. I could not sleep well because of this problem, and it was important for me to be alert the following day.
After my stay, and considering my treatment by the hotel staff, I suggest improving internal organization and communication to prevent similar mistakes.
