Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel from August 10th to August 13th. Unfortunately, I encountered several issues that made my stay less pleasant than I expected.

Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Even though I reported this problem to the reception on the first day, it was not fixed during my entire stay. This made the room very uncomfortable, especially during the night, as it was quite hot. Secondly, the bathroom had a leaky faucet that dripped constantly, which was both annoying and wasteful. It also caused a small pool of water on the floor, which was dangerous as I nearly slipped on it.

These problems greatly affected my overall experience at your hotel. I was unable to get a good night’s sleep due to the heat, and the dripping faucet disturbed my peace and quiet. This left me feeling tired and frustrated throughout my stay.

I suggest that you improve the maintenance services in your hotel to ensure that issues like these are addressed promptly. It would also be helpful if the staff checked the room thoroughly before guests arrive to avoid such problems in the future.
