Dear Manager,

I hope this message finds you well. I stayed in your hotel on last weekend, I really enjoyed the services you provide to me. However, I realized after coming back that I forgot my precious watch in the drawer of the room. It has silver dialer and brown leather strips with initial of “A” imposed on the lid of the watch.

Though, it is not an expensive watch but is very mean to me, because it was gifted by my father on my first day at high school. Also, this is the gift that I love most not only due to father’s gift but also it reminds the moments that I spend with him in my childhood and after school.

Although, your service is good for your guest, but I know there must be a procedure to recover my watch from hotel. Please told me about the process to get my thing back, either you send me to my mail or I have to come to your resort to collect the item.
