Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to thank you on the fantastic stay I had at your hotel “Palm Jumeirah”, a fortnight ago.

It was one of the most comfortable stays I ever had in past decade of my travel history. I felt right at home. Your corteous staff who made me feel like family the moment I stepped into your resort.

I was particularly impressed with their service at the breakfast buffet, where the waiters were on their toes, consistently asking if I needed anything, I felt like a royal. Then the room was finely kept by the room staff, and the sheets were always arranged, just the way I like. Moreover, the bellboys were happy to show me around the facilities in the hotel, which was surprising to say the least.

Although I don’t frequently write reviews, but your service deserved it. I searched the internet for the most famous tourist website, and posted a detailed review describing the absolutely fantastic hospitality displayed by your team. I hope it helps you out.
