Subject: Complaining against the poor taxi service
I am writing this letter in connection with the poor service which I received on 5th February 2026 while getting to the airport.
I recently used your taxi service , but the driver was late for almost 40 minutes. He unnecessarily took a longer route than normal route. I was about to missing my flight. I tried to call the driver but he was keep cutting my calls. I felt really disappointed.
Furthermore, my whole travel plan affected because I reached late at the airport. Consequently, I done all the required formalities in a rush. I was feeling tensed because I would miss this flight, I could miss the important convocation party of my son in London.
I want to mention one more thing, I would like to request to refund the whole fare or compensation. I always enjoy your service, but this time it was an unacceptable moment I am sharing with you.
I hope you will understand my situation and will try to resolve this issue at your earliest convenience.
