Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter because I recently been on a trip with your taxi company and I am very dissatisfied with your services. Thereafter, I also wrote a letter on this issue but I have not got any response from your side.
Last week on Friday, I booked one of your taxi to go to an important business event. First of all, the driver did not reach on time and was making meaningless excuses rather than being responsible or sorry for the mistake. After that, while driving, the driver was using his phone, which is not acceptable at all. Due to his driver’s misbehaviour and reckless driving, I wrote a letter on these problems I faced, but your company did not give response to that.
So, I would like suggest to train and discipline your staff to be polite with customer and drive safe.I am expecting an apology from your side for not reaching out me back and misbehaviour of your staff.
