Dear Sir or Madam

I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to express my dissapointment regarding some of your tour services. I and my family booked a tour package for 3 days 2 nights to explore Bali, what make us dissapointed is about the services from the tour guide and the timeline that different from the ads. Your tour guide name Mr. Ketut can’t give us much information about our destination, he just gave us some flyer regarding the destination. When we try to talk and ask him about something that we don’t know he will start to google it first and tell us the same like waht google tell to us. Another problem comes from the timeline which in the ads tell us that the tour will be going for 9 hours but in fact we finished the tour on 7 hours.

We hope in the future you can improve your services especially on the Tour Guide knowledge and the exact timeline.
