Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to provide feedback regarding recent assistance provided by your company to move my furniture to my new house.

First of all thank you too all employee who worked that day, they literally took care of all items. And movement went easily. As i mentioned there is some old furniture which need extra care because of its material, and your team did well, however few of team members did not use proper packaging.

Although, I would like to express my special thanks to Alex who is taking care of all fragile items. He wrapped the items in proper and efficient way. Truly a Samaritan!

However, there is few area in service which disappoint me and same it time can be better like the costing and addition to that a truck gas price. I think you must update the pricing based on current gas rate. And also provide some discount on total costing.

Apart of this everything goes smooth till loading and moving, however on unloading i found there is scratch on my couch which is minor one. If your team avoid such things and improve costing your company will be beyond 5 star.
