Hope you are doing great. Since, you asked for my feedback, I am writing this letter in light of the experience that I had during transition to my new home. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude, because I believe your company values the time of their costumers. The service providers showed up exactly on time, and intiated the process immediately. They were extremely careful with my furniture, and wrapped everything in several layers of bubble wrap. In addition, because there were enough men for the job, it took about 3 hours for me to settle in. I would also like to thank Mr. Smith, the head of the team, for his careful supervision over team members. He overlooked the movement of every single piece and prevented my possessions from getting scratched on. He asked for my permission before entering every room and demonstrated a high level of courtesy and work ethic.
The only downside that I noticed was the fact that your company charges more than the other similar businesses for insurance. As I am a student, I had to spend more than my expected budget for the service; however, I do not consider the extra money wasted. I wish that your company sticks to its high standards.
