Dear Riya,

I hope you’re doing well! I wanted to tell you about a frustrating experience I had during my stay at the hotel when I visited you.

After the long journey, I was really looking forward to a hot shower, but unfortunately, the water heater wasn’t working properly, and I ended up having an uncomfortably cold shower. On top of that, the room was freezing, which made it hard to relax. I even called the manager, but he couldn’t fix the problem, which was quite disappointing.

As a result, I felt exhausted and even developed a mild fever. I had to take some medication and, eventually, book another hotel to get some proper rest and comfort.

It would be great if the hotel management could resolve these issues soon so that future guests don’t face the same problems.

Can’t wait to catch up with you soon and tell you more about the trip!

Best wishes,

Aarav
