I hope you doing well, I am writing this letter to express my disappointment for the services of the hotel i stayed when I visited you at your city.
The problem I had is I was really tired after the long travel so I wanted to take a shower with the hot water but unfortunately the water heater was not working properly so i had a cold shower. Additionally, the room temperature was too cold. I called the manager but he was unable to solve the technical issues.
As result of that inconvenience I was very frustrated and suffering from the fever. I had to take the medication. The doctor told me to take rest so I need to book an another hotel for my comfort.
It would be a great help if the hotel management could fix all the issues. If they managed to do all repairs as soon as possible it would be appreciated.
