I am writing to complain about the service at your restaurant I visited last friday.
To be honest, I have been visiting your restaurant and was satisfied with the whole service including the service, tastes, and moods. Therefore, we went to the restaurant with my family to enjoy our Friday night as usual. We ordered a couple of dishes including pasta and pizza and two bottles of lemon juice. However, we waited over 30 minutes and the waitress served the wrong dishes.
Then I complained to your employee, but I felt that her attitude was quite impolite.
I think I totally messed up my experience due to the poor quality of the service. I was disappointed with your service at that time.
Therefore, I would appreciate it if the waitress apologize to us officially in person. Additionally, I would be grateful if your team would compensate for us as unsatisfied with the service we had.
