I am writing to complaint a service in your restaurant, detailed information will be elaborated on further.
Firstly, I would like to give you some background information. I visited at Puyakambah restaurant with my friends on Wednesday, March 13, 2026. I arrived at 03.00 PM and booked the menu at 03.15 PM.
Secondly, I would like to elaborate on the problems. I booked the cuisine 15 minutes after I arrived, but the foods already at 05.00 PM. I waited for two hours, furthermore I saw other customer who booked the menu after my group, they got their foods earlier than me. Additionally, I bought the chicken satay but the taste is so salty and overcook. I am so unhappy and dissapointed with your service.
Finally, I am expect an appropriate solution, such as refund or replacement to resolve this matter. I hope this issue will be settled as soon as possible.
