Dear Mr. Lincoln

I hope this letter find you well. My name is Yusuf Nacar and we met 2 years ago at my college and you offered me a this beautiful volunteer event and thanks again for this opportunity, I was really need that.

However, yesterday my daughter’s teacher called me when I am working at our event, and she said my daughter suddenly passed out than they called 911 for that emergency situation. As you know 2 years ago I got divorced and she’s mother moved another country, because of that I had to go before my shift over. However good news is my daughter for now well and she’s doctor said we can leave tomorrow.

When I joined this community event you said; Every day joining is not necessary but if you come for working you cannot leave before shift over. Because of that me and my daughter Lisa want to work tomorrow event for my before absence.
