Dear Manager,
Two months ago I hired a company “Help to your house” to do some repairs in my flat. Before the work started, I informed your workers that my house was in a poor condition and there were a lot to fix. They assured me that everything will be done properly. We immediately made a schedule comfortable for me and for them. The work had to last three weeks.
Everything seemed to be fine , l haven’t been controlling their work much. And when three weeks past, I checked everything. On the first glance, the work had been done properly. Thus I paid and they left. But on the second day, I accidentally noticed a dropping water in my bathroom. It was happening because pipes were repaired nonchalantly. Then a wallpaper just fell from the wall. I was bewildered. But my patience broke after the water in the kitchen sink had stopped running and had been gathering under the tile.
This caused me a lot of problems. I must have paid for repairing my neighbours’s houses that were flooded with water from my apartment. Moreover now l am not able to leave my house whenever I want since I have no idea when the pipes may explode and my house gets flooded for the second time.
I have no idea why your company treats your customers with such nonchalanty. I can’t endure it anymore. So why l ask you to rectify the situation and fix these problems in my flat. I have payed a lot so I require a well done job. I hope you will understand me and accept your fault. To tell the truth, I don’t want to squabble with you. I just want the justice.
