My name is Sergey Pimenov, and I would like to complain about a car rented in your company a couple of weeks ago.
After all of the papers were signed, I decided to take a ride to the beach. Sadly, it turned out in the process that air conditioner is broken; hence, it was awful experience to drive almost an hour in a scorching heat over a thirty degrees. After I came back home, I called your technical support service immediately. They received my information and assure me, that they will send their specialist to check the air conditioner. Unfortunately, after a full week nobody visited me; moreover, there was no back call, which is quite disappointing.
Given the cirsumstances, I request you to send your specialist to solve an issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have no other options as to decline the contract and to take the car back. I hope for your understanding, and I will wait for your reply.
