I’m writing this letter to request your immediate support for repairing a car I have rented from your company just recently.
The car was rented more than a week ago under my name, Sepehr, and it was only a day after the rental that I realised the air conditioner has stopped working. I am unable to comment of the issue as there is no sign of damage to any parts, and I cannot see any leakage or hear suspicious noise from the car.
I would like to highlight that I tried to call you last week on the numbers provided on your website but I never managed to speak with you.
As I have rented this car for 2 months for everyday use, I would like to ask your immediate review of the issue and confirmation on the earliest possible time you can organise a repair or a replacing service.
If none of the these services are offered by your company I would like to ask for a refund.
