Dear Sir,

I am Shubham Tomar. I am writing to complain about the car I rented from your local branch last month. The car is a 2017 blue Honda Civic.

On the first day of hiring, all the things were functioning quite properly. However, after two days, its air conditioner started malfunctioning. It suddenly stopped giving cool air and started blowing hot air. In addition to this, it is producing an unusual sound. I postponed my road trip to Goa due to that air conditioning failure. I immediately filled a complaint with your service department. But the promised repair has not been carried out.

I would like to take an action immediately. I would appreciate a replacement vehicle with another vehicle functioning normally.
