Dear sir or madam,

The objective of writing this letter is to inform about car problem.

My name is Ishita, and I am first-year student of the BSE nursing program. Last two week, I rented a car from car rental company for explore the city where I live because I recently shipped in this city for my studies.

Let me explain my problem in detail. Last week, when I visited to Rose Garden with my friends to explore them, but when I turn on the air conditioner which was not working and I also tried to contact with manager and ask them to repair, and he also promised me to fix that in two days, but from last week, no one can come to repair that.

I would like to request you that please change the staff member of your company and also send a mechanic to my home repair air conditioner.
