I am writing this letter to enquire about the one-week walking tour, which is schedule for next week. I am deeply motivated by this walking-tour and would love join it, however, I want to let you know that I have asthma, and I feel like I will not be able to keep up with the whole group due to this.

Moreover, I want to ask you few questions, about the eligibility for this tour and also, acccording, to you do you think that I can still continue on this trip due to my health issues, and if yes, what are precautions that need to be taken care of?

Consequently, in the brochure it was mentioned that the trip is next week, but what are specific date, timings and the whole costs of this adventure. If you can update me regarding this, that would be great.
