Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in regard to inquire some detailed information about the weekly mountains trip, that I found in yesterday’s newspaper. I would be excited to join the team during those days because I am planning to get off from work at same time. I am captivated to be part of such journey which would not only bring people closer to the nature but also feel and capture the eye catching view of surroundings in peek. Second major reason to join a trip is weather, as autumn is best season to go out from room and explore the beauty of nature.

Moving further, before I book my ticket for trip, I required some brief information about the start and end date of tour along with cost of ticket as per member from different age group. Apart from that, what kind of facilities are offered in ticket such as medical as well as safety. Also, if an individuals needs to pack some necessary gadgets or clothes in backpack.

Moreover, If this trip is good fit for people in their fifties however, such people face enormous health problems. Also, If an individual who perform just basic exercises everyday, is ok to take part in this tour. So these are my only concerns about trip, hope to hear good from you.
