Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this application to ask for participants for a charity event.

I am interested in this good cause as I like to spend time with old age people and children. In this event, I can handle checking the food that everyone is having a meal properly or not. For children, they are to be served by some elder volunteers so that food is not wasted.

I have gained experience in these events, last month I participated in an orphanage where I was responsible for clothes and study material and I completed it with full enthusiasm. Furthermore, I had taken part in a sports event for the disabled, where I was liable for the care of those people.

In this particular event, I can manage the food supplies and interact with people who want to enquire about these events. I can take responsibility for any other work which you have in this program.
